The company was founded with the aim of transferring knowledge about the exploitation of the genetic effect of heterosis in the Triticeae tribe into general agricultural practice. Today, RGA is recognized for its high-yielding varieties of common wheat, which are sold under the generic name ``Nexera``. It should be noted that the genetics developed by RGA are commercially identified with the TiGen brand, which is a derivative of two words: the founder's surname and the word gene.
An important part of the company's development activities are innovative solutions in the field of supplying plants with macronutrients such as nitrogen. In this way, the aim is to achieve synergy between research and development activities in the field of genetics and agrochemistry. RGA's agrochemical solutions are commercially identified with the Hydro Xzact brand.
